Transforming Spaces is a second-generation, family-owned business serving Rochester and the surrounding communities. Born and raised by parents who owned and operated Parsons Drugs at Auburn & Crooks Roads, Jeannie grew up watching her parents care for the needs of their neighbors. While Transforming Spaces looks very different from her parents’ pharmacy, Jeannie carries that same commitment to serving the community—this time by caring for clients’ home and real estate needs. Our warehouse, located in downtown Rochester, houses our staging inventory and renovation materials, ready to support your next project.

Jeannie’s marketing and design expertise has been nationally recognized by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), earning Top 10 Rising Star awards for both Occupied and Vacant Staging in 2020. She is also a RESA-accredited Continuing Education Instructor for Michigan Realtors, teaching Staging to Sell: What Every Agent Should Know. In addition, Jeannie speaks on topics including Staging 101, Faith at Work, and Creative Bible Study Techniques.
